Urban Crafts is an online and offline platform that gives ‘urban crafters’ a stage and a place to share their passion with friends and through social media.

The online platform is the epic center of the campaign. It’s the place where social sharing starts, the contests are held and where every craftsman has his own unique profile with a video report and all the essentials about their craft. Offline, Urban Crafts gives their crafters a stage through craft bars, workshops, bar-takeovers in youth clubs and on events.

Trendwolves developed this concept through research. They asked 900 Belgian youngsters about their view on the position of Palm in the Belgian beer market. Palm is a passionate beer brand that stands for authenticity and craftmenship. Urban Crafts combines this with young craftsmen and -women. Urban crafters create old crafts with a contemporary touch.

The visual identity of Urban Crafts relates with his heraldic looks to the old crafts but encloses lots of objects and styles that relate to the hip and trendy Urban Crafts. The urban and edgy looks we created is the overall look for the campaign and is able to carry all the different crafts and crafters that joined the campaign.

For this campaign we created posters, flyers, websites, motion graphics and animations, stickers, wallpapers, carwraps, shirts and other textiles, ... Designskills developed this campaign together with Trendwolves and was able to penetrate the market again with lots of succes.
